We use locally roasted sustainable coffee beans and macerate in our self-made rum. With a hint of orange and cinnamon to balance the flavor profile. Use this liqueur in a nice espresso martini or after dinner with a cup of coffee.
The base for our coffee liqueur is our own rum. The maceration of the whole beans is one on a white rum of 60%. The coffee beans that we use are roasted by Gosling Coffee in Diemen and are sourced from Uganda.
