Is a blend of pot and column still rums that have been aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon American oak casks. Mature enough to be enjoyed on its own, the rum receives a charcoal filtration to reduce the colour to make it a ‘white’ spirit ideal for substituting white spirits in any cocktail
