Zuidam Spelt Genever 20cl

This special genever combines the spiciness of spelt grains with the flavors of juniper, licorice root and aniseed.

The spelt genever is distilled three times in small red copper kettles of a 100% spelt grain mixture. The new spelt distillate is then aged in new American oak barrels for a period of at least 1 year. After this, all the ingredients are combined before it is reduced to drinking strength.
