Zuidam Korenwijn 5 year 20cl

This is a more fruity and delicate genever than old genever that was created by the extra distillation of the malt wine.

The grain eau de vie (malt wine) is distilled from equal parts Rye, Corn and Malted Barley. The corn gives a rich sweetness, the rye gives spicy notes and the malted barley provides the backbone.
