If you order before 16:00 we'll ship your order on the same working day. If you order on Sunday or Monday, we'll ship your order on Tuesday.
Because we need to have your age checked on delivery, our shipping cost are a little higher than with webshops that don't ship alcohol. The shipping rate for shipping within The Netherlands is €7,95, above an order amount of €125,- shipping is free. Shipping rates for shipments outside of The Netherlands vary per country. You can see the rates in the checkout.
We use PostNL for all our shipments within the Netherlands. For shipments outside the Netherlands we sometimes use a different carrier.
Of course you can only return a package if the bottle has not been opened, contact us if your want to return your package.
