Schouten Aromatic Bitter N°1

Cocktail bitters are nowadays indispensable behind a seriously taking cocktail bar. A Cocktail Bitter is very simply put a strong high alcoholic tincture made of various aromatizing flavorings outcome of roots, bark, seeds, fruits (peels), herbal flowers and anything else we can find in nature. The Cocktail bitters are specially intended to enrich drinks through their complex flavors, often described as the pepper and salt of a bartender.
