Canneau is a rum based liqueur and a Rummieclub experiment. It is a combination of sugar cane juice and rum of 18%. After combining the juice with the rum it is aged in an ex-Rummieclub barrel for at least 12 months.

The idea for this liqueur originates in the calvados region in France, where apple juice is combined with calvados to create pommeau.
