Perfect Dram A Breeze In Schotland 10yo

Dailuaine comes from the Scottish town of Strathspey. The distillery was founded in 1852 by William Mackenzie. When he died in 1865, his wife leased the distillery to James Fleming, an Aberlour banker. Together with MacKenzie's son, he founded MacKenzie and Company. After a series of different mergers and acquisitions, it is now owned by Diageo.

Perfect dram's independent bottling mainly has a sweet-spicy smell, taste and aftertaste, which is more often recognizable in independent bottlings.

This 10 year old bottling is elegantly sweet and has hints of aniseed.
