Plomari has a full, soft and light taste in which anise predominates. The product really radiates Greece! When you drink the drink neat, it is clear in color, but as soon as you dilute this drink with a little water, it turns a light milky color. The taste then becomes even milder. As the name suggests, this ouzo comes from the town of Plomari on the island of Lesbos.
