The botanicals for 99 Gin are released at coffee bars and restaurants in the city. These botanicals, such as lemon peels and ginger, are used in the recipe. In addition, they also use the herbs of Wilderland in 99 Gin: among other things, spearmint, lemon balm and sorrel give the Gin a fresh touch.

At the first start you smell a rich floral and minty scent which is due to the spearmint and cornflower of the Wilderland herbs. The juniper meanders through the aroma where citrus notes of the sorrel and lemon can also be discovered. On the palette we find a refined round taste which is surprisingly opposed by the spiciness of ginger and (again) the cross mint. In the aftertaste we find a pleasant fusion of all botanicals. This Gin is ideal for drinking pure or in a mix with an Indian Tonic.
