How do you distill the history of the Leiden Poisoner into a gin? By putting her story into the ingredients. We distill with only organic ingredients; without pesticides, flavor enhancers or preservatives. The blue color comes from the peel of the juniperberry and the blue violet.
The organic winter wheat provides a soft base for the rest of the gin: a smoother alcohol than sugar beet, which is used in most cases. This makes the special flavors of our botanicals stand out better! Elderflower and elderberry give the fresh, pure taste.
