Cley Malt & Rye Cask Strength

The malted barley and rye for this whisky go together in the fermentation tub. The resulting 'wash' goes in the still. Cley Malt & Rye is therefore not a blend of malt whisky and rye whisky.
For those who do not compromise! Full and fruity, cigars, red fruit, wood and notes of rye. The alcohol is nicely integrated. An intense whisky.

Cley Whisky comes in a number of varieties, but all Cley Whisky is made with attention and care, and distilled according to artisanal Dutch tradition. Matured for three years in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks and then finished for at least 6 months in casks of new American oak, this results in special whiskies with a character of their own.
