Chibet Chardonnay Colombard 2021 75 cl

The vineyards for the Chibet wines are located in a beautiful hilly nature reserve (130 ha) surrounded by pine trees, forests and vineyards (38 ha). The vineyards are managed by a cooperative called Vignerons d'Ambrosia that has been active in the area since the 1930s.

This group of winegrowers set themselves the goal of making prestigious, but affordable wines. The terroir lends itself particularly well to it. The soil consists of gravel for optimal drainage and the vineyards are perfectly positioned in relation to the sun.

Every year they produce high-quality wines with a remarkably pleasant freshness for the area.
